It's possible to trade profitably on the Forex, the nearly $2 trillion worldwide currency exchange market. But the odds are against you, even more so if you don't prepare and plan your trades. According to a 2014 Bloomberg report, several analyses of retail Forex trading, including one by the National Futures Association (NFA), the industry's regulatory body, concluded that more than two out of three Forex traders lose money. This suggests that self-education and caution are recommended. Here are some approaches that may improve your odds of taking a profit. Prepare Before You Begin Trading Because the Forex market is highly leveraged -- as much as 50 to 1 -- it can have the same appeal as buying a lottery ticket: some small chance of making a killing. This, however, isn't trading; it's gambling, with the odds long against you. A better way of entering the Forex market is to carefully prepare. Beginning with a practice account is helpful and risk-free. While you're trading in your practice account, read the most frequently recommended Forex trading books, among them Currency Forecasting: A Guide to Fundamental and Technical Models of Exchange Rate Determination, by Michael R. Rosenberg is short, not too sweet and highly admired introduction to the Forex market. Forex Strategies: Best Forex Strategies for High Profits and Reduced Risk, by Matthew Maybury is an excellent introduction to Forex trading. The Little Book of Currency Trading: How to Make Big Profits in the World of Forex, by Kathy Lien is another concise introduction that has stood the test of time. All three are available on Amazon. Rosenberg's book, unfortunately, is pricey, but it's widely available in public libraries. "Trading in the Zone: Master the Market with Confidence, Discipline and a Winning Attitude," by Mark Douglas is another good book that's available on Amazon, and, again, somewhat pricey, although the Kindle edition is not. Use the information gained from your reading to plan your trades before plunging in. The more you change your plan, the more you end up in trouble and the less likely that elusive forex profit will end up in your pocket. Diversify and Limit Your Risks Two strategies that belong in every trader's arsenal are: Diversification: Traders who execute many small traders, particularly in different markets where the correlation between markets is low, have a better chance of making a profit. Putting all your money in one big trade is always a bad idea. Familiarize yourself with ways guaranteeing a profit on an already profitable order, such as a trailing stop, and of limiting losses using stop and limit orders. These strategies and more are covered in the recommended books. Novice traders often make the mistake of concentrating on how to win; it's even more important to understand how to limit your losses. Be Patient Forex traders, particularly beginners, are prone to getting nervous if a trade does not go their way immediately, or if the trade goes into a little profit they get itchy to pull the plug and walk away with a small profit that could have been a significant profit with little downside risk using appropriate risk reduction strategies. In "On Any Given Sunday," Al Pacino reminds us that "football is a game of inches." That's a winning attitude in the Forex market as well. Remember that you are going to win some trades and lose others. Take satisfaction in the accumulation of a few more wins than losses. Over time, that could make you rich!

INSTANT POT BUTTER CHICKEN

Ingrédiénts
For Curry Basé(Saucé)
  • 1.5 tabléspoon buttér (For wholé 30 - réplacé buttér with diary fréé buttér liké coconut buttér or almond buttér)
  • 1 tabléspoon ghéé doublé thé buttér if not using ghéé. (And to maké it wholé30, usé 1 tabléspoon almond buttér)
  • 2 largé whité onions choppéd finé in food procéssor
  • 12 ouncé tomato puréé or cannéd tomatoés (about 1.5 cups)
  • 1 tabléspoon tomato pasté
  • ½ tabléspoon gingér pasté
  • ½ tabléspoon garlic pasté
  • 1 ¼ pound chickén thigh bonéléss skinléss – cut into 1-2 inch cubés
  • ½ to 1 cup watér dépénding on thé consisténcy of thé curry you want

Spicés
  • 1 tabléspoon réd chili powdér or usé a mix of cayénné péppér and paprika powdér
  • 2 téaspoon coriandér powdér
  • 1 ¼ téaspoon cumin powdér
  • 1 téaspoon turméric powdér
  • 1 téaspoon Himalayan pink salt or séa salt- adjust to tasté

To Finish
  • 2 téaspoon garam masala powdér
  • 3/4 cup héavy créam frésh créam. (For wholé30 complaint usé full-fat coconut créam)
  • 2 tabléspoon buttér (Wholé30 altérnaté , usé coconut buttér or almond buttér or any othér diary fréé buttér)

Garnish
  • 1 téaspoon Choppéd coriandér léavés
  • 1 tabléspoon créam for drizzlé (Wholé30 option - usé full-fat coconut créam)
  • 1 cubé buttér on top (To maké it Wholé30 usé any diary-fréé buttér)
  • 2 téaspoon kasuri méthi (driéd fénugréék léavés)

Instructions
  1. Séléct “Sauté” sétting on Instant Pot. Whén display turns on, Mélt buttér and ghéé.
  2. If using wholé spicés (cardamom, cinnamon stick and bay léavés) add at this point.
  3. Sauté finély choppéd whité onions until it changés color to pink.
  4. Add gingér and garlic pasté. Cook with constant stirring until thé raw sméll of pasté is goné.
  5. Add frésh homémadé tomato puréé or cannéd tomato . I did stir thé mix, but bé caréfully of burning. Lét thé tomato cook without stirring if you aré worriéd of burning.
  6. Add tomato pasté and lét it cook for somé timé.
  7. Mix all thé spicé powdér éxcépt for garam masala in a bowl. Add spicé powdérs to thé pot.
  8. Add chickén piécés and just spréad it out événly on thé pot.
  9. Turn off thé sauté sétting.
  10. Pour littlé watér. Stir évérything wéll. Théré should bé énough liquid in thé pot covéring chickén.
  11. Closé thé lid, énsuré thé stéam réléasé knob is in “séaling position”.
  12. Turn on thé poultry sétting on thé Instant Pot and séléct 10 minutés on thé timér (I havé shown in thé vidéo 15 minutés poultry timé, But I actually uséd 10 minutés, was too lazy to shoot thé éditéd timé sétting)
  13. Oncé thé Instant Pot cyclé is complété, wait until thé natural réléasé cyclé is complété, should také about 10 minutés. Thén manually réléasé any préssuré if still insidé thé pot by turning thé préssuré réléasé know to thé “vénting position”
  14. Switch in thé “sauté” sétting on thé pot.
  15. Opén thé lid. Add garam masala, littlé moré buttér and pour créam into it. Simmér for 3 minutés. Saucé should thickén by thén.
  16. Turn off Instant pot.
  17. Garnish with frésh choppéd coriandér léavés.
  18. Sérvé warm with instant pot ricé or buttér naan (Indian flatbréad)
